Q: What do I need to know before I come in?
A: Auto parts are not one-size-fits-all. Even if you have a general idea of what you want--for example, replacement windshield wipers--you might not know the specific part number for your car, truck, or SUV. Our factory-trained service technicians will help you find the specific part you're looking for. Most of the time, all they will need to know is your car's year, make, and model, and what kind of engine and transmission it has. So, for example, a 1999 Toyota Camry LE automatic with a 4-cylinder engine.
The best piece of information you can have is your car's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). The VIN identifies your car individually, and includes information about its trimline, options, manufacturing date, and where it was built. This is especially important with Toyotas, because the same make and model might use different parts depending on whether it was built in Japan or in the United States. You can find the VIN on a sticker on the driver's side front door or doorjamb, as well as a plate on the bottom of the windshield on the driver's side (the plate is actually located on the dashboard, but it's visible through the windshield.)

Q: Why should I have my car serviced at a dealership? Isn't that more expensive? A: Hanlees Toyota's Service Department uses only Toyota factory-trained technicians and Toyota OEM factory parts. Our technicians are trained and certified specifically by Toyota and have direct communication with the factory. When you bring your car into our dealership, we will check to see if your service is covered under warranty and take care of any recall issues. If you want the best service you can get, you want factory-trained technicians using Toyota-certified parts, equipment and procedures.
Our factory-trained and certified service advisors will clearly explain to you what is going on with your vehicle. We will also send you digital photos or video documenting any problems we identify. We understand that your relationship with us is based on trust, so we want you to have a clear understanding of why we make our recommendations.
Hanlees Toyota offers more convenience than small local shops. We are open 7 days a week, we provide free shuttle service, and we have an on-site Toyota Rent-A-Car facility to provide you with a temporary transportation solution if you need one. And to top it all off, Hanlees Toyota will meet or beat any other dealership's price! Just bring us our competitor's advertisement or written price quote.

Q: When is my next oil change?
A: If you are a returning customer, please give us a call or contact us online and we can check for you. The specific interval varies by car, so you should always check your owner's manual to find your vehicle's specifications.
