Jesse in the service center was super fast, friendly and honest. Also, I had to bring my new Grand Highlander back for a recall and he said it would take a day and a half. They got it done in one day! I live close by tbis location, so Im happy the service has greatly improved. Also, Martha was super friendly and helped me understand that everything had to be removed from my car before the work could proceed. Straightforward but with a friendly demeanor.
