This is the worst experience I’ve had getting my car serviced. Don’t go here to get your car serviced unless you absolutely have to. - I had an appointment set for a week at 10am PT, I arrive at 9:55am and there’s a line of cars waiting for service stretching out to the street. It takes 1 hour and 10 mins to get my car checked in for the service. - If you do have to come here for maintenance, do not let Deonte be the one that works with you on that. He doesn’t care about your car or time. Before coming I was quoted a price of $654 for my 165,000 mile maintenance but when I sat down, Deonte tried to upsell me on services that were done previously, $550 for spark plugs which records indicate I had already done. I left the service center with a quote of $354, later I get a message to authorize additional work ballooning my total to $754 but Deonte wasn’t done yet, when I called about the extra work he said he miscalculated the quote and it was $958. - I left my car there at 11:10am and didn’t get it back until 5pm. When I went to pay, more waiting 20 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me to pay my excessive bill. They got me once, they will never get me again and I hope they don’t get you. The staff is unprofessional, the service is slow and they will try to get every penny out of you. How they stay in business is wild to me. I will happily drive 12 miles to the next Toyota dealership next time I need service. It will probably take less time and less money than coming here.

Prompt, efficient and met my needs The experience was pleasant and the service met every expectation even the price.

Waited over an hour to drop off my car for a scheduled appointment, had to pay for an uber because Jenny wasn't allowed to order me one and the shuttle was going to be over an hour wait. I was on my lunch hour and had a ride that had to return to work so they didn't lose their job.

Condescending, rude, unprofessional, not including the original salesman. The car that I got was not at all as advertised and very clearly had a lot of other issues with it upon further inspection. I suspect bigger electrical issues. Insanely overpriced for a car with clear mechanical issues

I asked if I would be charged for replacing my battery key. She told me only for the battery. I was charged $50+also I was not notified that my car was ready. If I hadn't gotten a ride back, who knows if I ever would have gotten a call. When I called I'm never transferred to someone only messages. The work appears good. But come on. I'm a senior and over $50 to replace key battery? If I would have known I would have done it myself.

Excellent service. Also when I went to pay for the service the lady was very pleasant and friendly.

Corey was very knowledgeable and explained all the different packages for the oil change and rotation of tires. He also knew I was going to wait for my vehicle and had to pick up my granddaughter from school. Made sure my vehicle service would be done in a timely manner.

I had a great experience at the dealership. Herman was extremely helpful and made the process of purchasing a vehicle surprisingly pleasant. Hilltop Toyota is a great place to go if you're looking to find a good car!!

Jenny was super nice. Got my appointment the day before and when I showed up, they took the car right away and I stayed in the lounge until husband came. They now have coffee and even chips they serve which is highly highly appreciated at 745am!

The work done was expensive, I think. It did not include cleaning the inside of the suv. Just Vacuuming the floor mat would be nice and appreciated. But that's extra cost for us.
