From my very first contact with him until the moment the deal was finished, Armando was warm, welcoming, genuine, and incredibly easy to work with. I had already told him that I was planning to look at another Tacoma ar another dealership so he knew he wasn't necessarily guaranteed my business. But somewhere along the way, I realized I didn't need to keep looking. Yes, I loved the truck — but Armando won me over, too. And ultimately, that's why I chose to give him the deal. What impressed me most was that he treated me like a person, not simply another customer walking onto a car lot. We talked about my work and my 26 years in the handprinted wallpaper industry, and he was genuinely curious about it. I ended up bringing him one of my wallpaper rolls to show him, and his enthusiasm and appreciation for it absolutely made my day. This is the worst experience I’ve had getting my car serviced. Don’t go here to get your car serviced unless you absolutely have to. - I had an appointment set for a week at 10am PT, I arrive at 9:55am and there’s a line of cars waiting for service stretching out to the street. It takes 1 hour and 10 mins to get my car checked in for the service. - If you do have to come here for maintenance, do not let Deonte be the one that works with you on that. He doesn’t care about your car or time. Before coming I was quoted a price of $654 for my 165,000 mile maintenance but when I sat down, Deonte tried to upsell me on services that were done previously, $550 for spark plugs which records indicate I had already done. I left the service center with a quote of $354, later I get a message to authorize additional work ballooning my total to $754 but Deonte wasn’t done yet, when I called about the extra work he said he miscalculated the quote and it was $958. - I left my car there at 11:10am and didn’t get it back until 5pm. When I went to pay, more waiting 20 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me to pay my excessive bill. They got me once, they will never get me again and I hope they don’t get you. The staff is unprofessional, the service is slow and they will try to get every penny out of you. How they stay in business is wild to me. I will happily drive 12 miles to the next Toyota dealership next time I need service. It will probably take less time and less money than coming here.
